I always feel like his counsel is fair and objective -- while he clearly has our best interests at heart, he also is not afraid to tell us when we're pushing a little too hard in ways that might jeopardize the deal. He often shares alternate considerations and tradeoffs that we would never have thought about on our own. In short, working with Brian is always a good experience, and he makes you feel confident at the end of the day that you've gotten a really good deal on your house.

Mary was extremely helpful in handling the sale of our house. She inspected it before the tenants left and advised us what need attending to, and then supervised the repairs. She was in contact with us regularly to let us know the progress. She presented us with the offers and advised us which were good candidates. Everything went very smoothly and the house was sold and closed within two weeks.
